Garden Furniture

Today was the first time we’ve got to use our garden furniture which we bought last year! It’s so nice being able to sit outside and eat when the weather is nice it really makes such a big difference. And for the occasion I laid the table with my new placemats from the Swedish designer Andrea…

Bank Holiday Weekend

Bank holiday weekend and the weather is amazing, finally spring is here! The plans for this weekend is to try and get some stuff ordered for the bathroom and the kitchen and of course to enjoy long breakfasts with my new favourite avocado on toast with pomegranate.

Last night’s dinner

Last night we had dinner at home in the conservatory, I love that spring is coming so that we can sit here without it being freezing and soon enough we can move one step further out to the garden. Yesterday I also used my new candleholder from Svenskt Tenn for the first time which I’m…

Happy Weekend

My idea of a perfect September weekend, lit candles, tea in my favourite cup, fresh flowers in a beautiful vase, a pair of cosy slippers, a blanket and a book that will help you change your life in a year!

Weekend Breakfast

Bank Holiday weekends deserve a nice breakfast and as I’ve said before I just can’t get enough of the blue and white… Need to go back to Peter Jones soon to see if they have some more of these Spode bowls.

R.O.O.M. Täby Centrum

At the moment I’m home in Sweden and I’ve spotted the blue and white trend here as well! R.O.O.M. in Täby Centrum styled their shop with both Spode jumbo cups as pots holding plants as centerpieces and my favourite sofa, the Howard sofa was styled with flower and zebra patterned cushions.

Spring flowers at home

It’s starting to feel like spring in London and what’s more spring than fresh tulips!

Semla from Bageriet

For all London Swedes out there who haven’t had their first semla yet this year hurry to Bageriet by Covent Garden!! Definitely one of the best semlor I’ve had.

Pancake breakfast

Yesterday’s pancake breakfast! Although I just realised that the pancakes are missing in the pictures because they were still being made haha… But my lovely Spode china which I got to use for the first time is there!
